How fast is delivery?
In-stock units ship immediately. For other units, the lead time depends on the production schedule, and we'll confirm it on WhatsApp.
Do I need a crane to install it?
No. Flat-pack units are assembled on site by a four-person crew with a cordless drill, two ladders, a socket set and a screwdriver. With a crane or forklift, two people can position the upper modules.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, through our authorized dealers. Every unit comes with an assembly manual and assembly videos.
Can I add a WC, shower or kitchen?
Yes. A WC, shower, kitchen or room partitions can be built in at the factory.
Can I change window and door positions or colors?
Yes. Modular walls let you change window positions, door locations, wall shapes, and interior and exterior colors.
Can I expand later?
Yes. A single module can grow into a double or triple layout, and units can be added in any direction.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single unit, and discounted pricing is available for truck-load bulk orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Cost and delivery time vary by destination.
Can it be delivered fully assembled?
Yes, but delivering a fully assembled unit costs considerably more to ship than flat-pack. Tilt-trailer delivery is available everywhere we deliver. It's a practical method, commonly used in Florida. For the most economical delivery, talk to us and we'll arrange it.
What's the warranty?
One year against manufacturing defects. With proper use and maintenance, a unit lasts 10 to 15 years.
Is it suitable for hot and cold climates?
Yes. Units are designed for year-round use, and the structure withstands winds up to 150 mph, plus standard rain and snow loads.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your location. In many areas, units qualify as temporary or movable structures.
What surface does it need?
A solid, level base. Outdoors, a timber base or reinforced concrete is recommended.
Can I move it later?
Yes. It can be taken apart, moved and rebuilt with no limit on the number of times, as long as the parts aren't bent or damaged. Replacement parts can be ordered separately.
